## 🎯 1. How TuitionMatch Works {#how-tuitionmatch-works}

**TuitionMatch.in is a FREE guidance and matching service.**

### Our Process:

1. **You reach out to us** via WhatsApp, website, or phone call.
2. **We understand your needs** – class, subject, location, budget, learning style.
3. **We recommend 2-3 suitable tutors/coaching centers** from our verified network.
4. **We arrange demo classes** so you can try before you commit.
5. **You choose the tutor/center you like** and enroll directly with them.
6. **We provide ongoing support** to ensure your learning experience is smooth.

**Important:**
– TuitionMatch is a **matching platform**, not a tutor or coaching center itself.
– All teaching services are provided by independent tutors and coaching centers.
– We do not charge students any commission or service fees for our guidance.

## 💳 2. Demo Booking Policy (₹99 Fee) {#demo-booking-policy}

To ensure serious inquiries and quality service, we charge a **one-time demo booking fee of ₹99**.

### What ₹99 Covers:

✅ **Personalized counseling** – We discuss your needs in detail
✅ **Expert matching** – We find the best 2-3 options from our verified network
✅ **Demo coordination** – We arrange trial classes with your chosen tutors
✅ **Follow-up support** – We check if you’re satisfied and help if needed
✅ **Multiple teacher trials** – Try up to **3 different tutors/centers within 7 days**

### How the 7-Day Trial Works:

**Step 1:** Pay ₹99 via UPI/Payment Link (non-refundable after first demo attended)

**Step 2:** We match you with **Teacher/Center Option 1**
– You attend **2-3 demo classes** (exact number depends on the center’s policy)
– Demo classes are FREE for you (centers provide them as part of our agreement)

**Step 3:** If you’re happy, enroll with that teacher
– Pay tuition fees directly to the teacher/center
– We earn a small commission from the center (not from you)

**Step 4:** If you’re NOT satisfied with Option 1, we offer **Option 2**
– You try another teacher/center (again, 1-3 demo classes)
– This must happen **within the same 7-day period**

**Step 5:** If needed, we offer **Option 3** (within the 7-day validity)

**Step 6:** After trying up to 3 options, you choose one and enroll

### Important Rules:

✅ **Validity:** 7 days from the date of your first demo class
✅ **Maximum teachers:** Up to 3 different tutors/centers
✅ **Demo classes:** 2-3 classes per teacher (depending on their availability)
✅ **Subjects/Classes:** Must remain the same (e.g., you can’t try “Class 10 Math” with Teacher 1 and then ask for “Class 12 Physics” with Teacher 2)

❌ **What is NOT included:**
– Changing your requirements mid-way (class, subject, or location)
– Extending validity beyond 7 days
– Unlimited teachers (maximum 3)
– Canceling after attending the first demo (fee is non-refundable)

### After Enrollment:

Once you enroll with a tutor/center through TuitionMatch:
– **You pay fees directly to them** (not to us)
– **We earn a commission** from the center/tutor (this is how we sustain our service)
– **You get ongoing support** – If you face any issues, contact us and we’ll help resolve them

## 🔄 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy {#refund-cancellation-policy}

### When You CAN Get a Refund:

✅ **Before any demo is attended** – Full ₹99 refund if you cancel before the first demo class
✅ **If we fail to provide options** – If we cannot arrange any demo within 3 working days, full refund
✅ **If tutor/center cancels repeatedly** – If the center cancels demos twice without rescheduling, full refund

### When You CANNOT Get a Refund:

❌ **After attending the first demo** – Once you attend even 1 demo class, ₹99 is non-refundable
❌ **If you don’t like any of the 3 teachers** – Our job is to provide options; final choice is yours
❌ **If you change your mind mid-process** – E.g., “I decided I don’t need tuition anymore”
❌ **If you miss scheduled demos** – If you skip demos without informing us in advance

### Refund Process:

– Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within **5-7 working days**
– Refunds will be made to the **same UPI ID or bank account** used for payment
– To request a refund, WhatsApp us with your booking details

We respect your privacy and handle your data responsibly.

### What Information We Collect:

– Name, phone number, class, subject, location, budget
– WhatsApp chat history (for service improvement)
– Feedback and preferences

### How We Use Your Data:

✅ To match you with suitable tutors/centers
✅ To coordinate demo classes
✅ To improve our recommendations
✅ To send important updates (enrollment confirmations, demo reminders)

### What We DO NOT Do:

❌ Sell your data to third parties
❌ Share your contact details publicly
❌ Send spam or promotional messages (except TuitionMatch updates)

## 🏫 5. Terms for Coaching Centers & Tutors {#terms-for-centers}

If you’re a coaching center or tutor interested in partnering with TuitionMatch, here’s how it works:

### Partnership Model:

– We send you **pre-qualified, serious students** who match your profile
– You provide **2-3 free demo classes** to students referred by us
– If the student enrolls, you pay us a **commission** as per our agreement:
– **15-20% of first month’s fees** OR
– **Fixed fee of ₹500-2000 per enrollment** (decided case-by-case)

### Your Responsibilities:

✅ Provide quality demo classes
✅ Inform us when a student enrolls
✅ Pay agreed commission within 7 days of fee collection
✅ Maintain professional conduct with students

### Our Responsibilities:

✅ Send only verified, serious student inquiries
✅ Provide full student details (needs, budget, expectations)
✅ Handle initial communication and coordination
✅ Support conflict resolution if issues arise

## ⚖️ 6. General Terms & Conditions {#general-terms}

### 6.1 Eligibility

– Our services are available to students, parents, and legal guardians in India
– Users must provide accurate information (name, contact, class, subject)

### 6.2 Service Availability

– We operate primarily in **Delhi – NCR.**
– Online tutoring options may be available nationwide
– We reserve the right to refuse service if we cannot find suitable matches

### 6.3 Disclaimer of Liability

– **TuitionMatch is a matching platform only.** We do not:
– Guarantee academic results or performance improvements
– Take responsibility for teaching quality (this is the tutor’s/center’s responsibility)
– Control tuition fees, schedules, or teaching methods
– Any disputes between you and the tutor/center must be resolved directly with them
– We will assist in mediation but cannot force any party to act

### 6.4 User Conduct

You agree NOT to:
– Provide false information to us or tutors/centers
– Use our service to collect tutor contacts and then approach them directly (bypassing us)
– Harass, threaten, or abuse our team or partner tutors
– Misuse demo classes (attending demos without serious intent to enroll)

Violation of these terms may result in:
– Immediate termination of service
– Forfeiture of ₹99 fee (no refund)
– Legal action if necessary

### 6.5 Modification of Terms

– We may update these terms from time to time
– Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date
– Continued use of TuitionMatch after changes means you accept the new terms

### 6.6 Governing Law

– These terms are governed by the laws of India
– Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
